These injures include physical injuries, as well as repetitive trauma and occupational diseases that develop over time. You may even be able to file a claim if you were injured as the result of actions by a co-worker or other third party. We are here to review the facts of your injury and to see if we are able to file for your workers’ compensation benefits.

  • Who is covered by Workers Compensation?

Workers’ Compensation coverage and benefits are available to many types of workers. It does not matter if you are paid hourly or by salary, if you are a volunteer, or even if you are in training or are in a probationary period. You are covered from the first day at work with your employer. You can also seek benefits regardless of your immigration status. Workers’ Compensation benefits can be claimed for injuries you sustain while traveling in a work vehicle that is involved in an accident. You don’t have to have any type of private health insurance, and it also does not matter who or what caused the accident and injury to occur.
