Brittany Jennings

Brittany earned her JD from the Charlotte School of Law in Charlotte, NC. She has been working in the legal field since 2017. She has been working as an immigration attorney since July 2018. Over her six years of practicing as an immigration attorney, she has litigated cases before the immigration court and the Board of Immigration Appeals; has prepared and filed applications with USCIS, including U visas, family petitions, I-601A waivers, and adjustment of status applications; has worked on employment-based immigration cases; has litigated SIJS cases in DC; has managed groups of paralegals; and has served as a Supervising Attorney managing multiple attorneys. Before joining us, she spent four years at her previous firm. Brittany is a member of the DC bar.
