Ashley Longo

I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Ever since I can remember, I have known that I wanted to be an attorney. Knowing that I would one day help others by uncomplicating the legal system and getting others through some of their most difficult times helped push me through the arduous process of becoming an attorney. I am a first-generation attorney.

I earned my J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where I spent much of my time focused on human rights and international law. While in law school, I participated in the University of Baltimore Immigrant Rights Clinic where I had the opportunity to represent an asylum seeker in his Individual Hearing. My incredible experience in the Immigrant Rights Clinic led to me falling in love with immigration law. My goal as an attorney is to help as many people as possible so that they can have the freedom to create the lives that they want for themselves and their families.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and our pets, and I volunteer with the Maryland SPCA animal shelter whenever I can. My favorite pastimes include cooking, crafting, and binge-watching TV while snuggling with my fur babies on the couch.
