Terriah Proechel

Terriah is a multilingual attorney with extensive experience in immigration law and legal advocacy. She brings over a decade of legal experience to the firm, including leadership in private practice, nonprofit legal services, and federal-level lobbying.

She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, where received multiple academic honors. She also holds a B.A. in Global Studies with a minor in Spanish from the University of Minnesota.

Her immigration practice has included removal defense, asylum, family-based petitions, employment visas, and representation before EOIR and USCIS. She has also served as a legal advocate for unaccompanied minors in federal custody and has led a solo practice focused on trauma-informed representation.

She managed complex litigation projects involving intellectual property, securities, international law, and privacy issues. Her multilingual capabilities include fluency in English and Spanish, with a working knowledge of German, French, Italian, and Portuguese, which enhance her ability to serve diverse clients and review multilingual legal documents.
