Attorney
Nirali grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania as the daughter of a first‑generation immigrant from Gujarat, India, which instilled in her a profound dedication to advocating for individuals navigating complex and often intimidating legal systems. Her practice is defined by the delivery of clear, measured guidance to clients who may feel overwhelmed by the challenges before them.
Nirali earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Temple University and subsequently completed her J.D. at the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, she gained extensive practical experience through the Immigrant Rights Clinic, where she represented clients in removal proceedings and worked on matters involving asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture. She also founded the South Asian Law Students Association and served as a research assistant, focusing on issues related to environmental and riparian law.
Before becoming an attorney, Nirali worked as a law clerk across several practice areas including: immigration, personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and landlord‑tenant litigation. In these roles, she drafted pleadings and motions, conducted legal research, prepared evidentiary submissions, and supported clients throughout each stage of their cases.
Nirali provides legal services in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. She is committed to ensuring that the legal process is accessible and understandable for clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Her approach is rooted in meticulous preparation, empathetic advocacy, and a strong sense of responsibility to those who entrust her with their legal matters.
