Deigen Villalobos

Deigen Villalobos was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law.

During law school, Deigen pursued a wide range of legal experiences, demonstrating both initiative and dedication to the practice of law. He simultaneously served as a university legal teaching assistant, worked as an in-house legal intern, and gained experience as a law firm clerk. He later expanded his experience by working with the State’s Indigent Appellate Defense Division, where he further developed his advocacy skills.

After relocating to Florida, Deigen was inspired by his father’s story to focus his career on immigration law. Since then, he has dedicated his practice to representing migrants in a wide range of immigration matters. He has appeared in immigration courts across the country, advocating for clients facing complex and high-stakes proceedings.

In addition to his state licensure, Deigen is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, where he extends his advocacy to the federal level.

Outside of his legal practice, Deigen is passionate about music and entertainment. He enjoys collecting and engaging in amateur archival work, reflecting his deep appreciation for cultural preservation.
