Brian Luciano

Brian Luciano-Vázquez is from Morovis, Puerto Rico. He is an Associate Attorney at Sanabria & Associates PLLC. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law with study abroad in International Law at the University of Cambridge in England. He has a strong background in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Research, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus with study abroad in Psychology at the Autonomous University of Madrid in Spain. Brian also completed a national exchange program at Kent State University in Ohio. He has been exposed to multiculturalism in various countries, having the great opportunity to embrace new cultures and develop a resilient spirit. These experiences have led him to develop a professional curiosity for the field of immigration law, with the aim of supporting the immigrant community.
Brian has participated in research conferences in Puerto Rico, Cuba, and the United States. In 2017, he was recognized by the University of Iowa for his research. Previous to his law studies, Brian completed a Post-baccalaureate Research and Education Program at The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. In his Law School, he stood out as a Tutor of Property Law and Chief Editor of the Puerto Rican Law Journal. Brian served as Summer Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Enrique S. Lamoutte in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico. He worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Liana Fiol Matta, Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Brian also worked as a Paralegal on diverse topics such as Workplace Discrimination, Obligations and Contracts, and Criminal Law. Once Brian passed the Puerto Rico Bar Exam, he began practicing as an Immigration Attorney in Miami.
Brian has also been involved in community service that advances diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Particularly, he has a strong commitment to supporting homeless people and first-generation students. Brian consistently demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex legal issues and deliver positive outcomes for his clients. He is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their dreams of living and working in the United States.
