Benjamin Liu

Benjamin Liu was born in New Jersey and grew up in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and studied law at the University of Washington in Seattle.  He began his career in immigration law serving the immigrant community in Houston, Texas for two years before moving to the DC area. He has experience in all types of applications before the USCIS and cases in the Immigration Court. He enjoys working to help his client’s American Dream come true.  In his experience, he has won asylum for many fleeing from persecution, gotten numerous people out of ICE detention and back to their families, and helped countless people succeed with their green card and citizenship applications at USCIS. He enjoys helping people from all over the world and is an excellent advocate for his clients. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Chinese.  Benjamin is a member of the Texas Bar. His hobbies are cooking, sports, and karaoke.
