Anthony Malba

Tony Malba is the Director of Operations for the firm and leads Operations, IT, and special projects for the firm. With over 30 years of operations experience in large and small professional service firms, Tony's experience with process improvement, project management, technology integration, buildouts, and leadership contributes to making the firm more efficient. 
A New Jersey native, Tony relocated to Maryland after his time in the Army. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Tony's disciplined and creative approach to operations has helped his team provide efficient, cost-effective solutions for the firm, improving service levels.
