Sara Santini

Sara Santini is an attorney at Sanabria & Associates, PLLC. She focuses her practice on business immigration, including EB-1, EB-2 NIW, H-1B Specialty Occupation visas, O-1 visas, and E-2 Treaty Investors visas.
Sara was born and raised in Rome, Italy. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome, Italy, in 2014. 
In 2017, she was the recipient of Torno Subito Project sponsored by the Italian government, where she addressed the importance of internationalization of companies, with a focus on Italian corporations. Because of this project, she had the opportunity to move to Miami, Florida, to pursue her dream to become a U.S. licensed attorney. 
Her passion for the interpretation of laws, drove her to achieve her LL.M (Master of Laws) in Transnational Legal Practice from St. John’s University School of Law in New York, in 2020.
Sara is a member of the New York State bar and is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and French.
