Karla Weber

Karla Weber is an Associate Attorney at Sanabria & Associates, PLLC. She concentrates her practice on immigration law but also assists the firm’s criminal department with litigation matters.
After graduating from Florida State University in 2015, Karla enrolled at Belmont University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
As an immigration attorney, Karla has represented clients in removal defense proceedings in courts across the country. Her practice area includes cases relating to asylum, withholding of removal, and the overlap between immigration and criminal law. She also represents clients in the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Asylum Interviews, domestic violence cases, and relevant petitions aiming to keep families safe and together.
Before joining Sanabria & Associates, Karla served as an Assistant State Attorney in Tallahassee, Florida, dedicating much of her time to victims of domestic violence. It was there that she developed a passion for helping survivors escape abuse and persecution. As the daughter of an immigrant, it was only a matter of time before her passion for human rights led her to immigration law.
Karla has been admitted to practice in Maryland, Florida, Tennessee, and the United States District of Columbia. She is also admitted to practice in the Florida Northern District Court
