Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is a rapidly growing law firm with offices in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Florida. We are looking for an eager to work individual with drive and passion to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet with potential new clients
2. Coordinate case and legal strategy
3. Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines
4. Train and supervise staff
5. Prepare and revise court documents
6. Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda
   
7. Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial caselaw
   
8. Market the law firm's services
   
9. Work one Saturday a month with the potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those days
   
10. Cross sell various other practices within the law firm
    
11. Handle court hearings and trials
    
12. Become an expert on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual
    
13. Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, etc.
    

Qualifications:

1. J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School
2. Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR (Required)
3. Authorized to work in the US
4. Fluent in Spanish
   
5. Immigration experience (1 year or more)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Thursday-Monday: 11:00am-7:00pm &  
• Saturday/Sunday: 10:00am-6:00pm
