Daniel Capps is a Criminal Defense Attorney with Sanabria & Associates. Mr. Capps graduated from Liberty University School of Law in 2021 with a certification in Trial Advocacy. While in law school, Mr. Capps interned with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office for Fauquier County and later for Justice Cleo E. Powell of the Virginia Supreme Court.
Mr. Capps is licensed to practice law in Virginia and has represented numerous clients on a variety of criminal and civil matters.
